About Donna Dupuy

Ms. Dupuy is a marketing/public relations consultant who specializes in professional practitioners, service providers and non-profits.

She began her career as a copywriter with ad agencies in Miami, but was soon called to politics, beginning as a volunteer lobbyist in Tallahassee where she represented several organizations, including the American Advertising Federation and the Builders Association of South Florida.

Her activism led to the management of political campaigns, and then to the staff of the Florida Legislature, where she served as a legislative aide to State Representative Elaine Bloom; Senate Liaison for the Speaker of the House; and Staff Director of the Joint Committee on Economic Policy.

She also has credentials as an award-winning magazine editor, author and lyricist; and has managed internal marketing/public relations programs for organizations as diverse as a newspaper publisher, a law firm and a general contractor.

A resident of Stuart since 1986, she has served on a number of boards and committees, ranging from the Somerset Homeowners Association and Stuart Main Street, to the Martin County Code Enforcement Board and the Treasure Coast Builders Association. At present, she is a member of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Vestry of St. Monica’s Episcopal Church.
